Located in the beautiful by-the-beach city of San Clemente, you’d think the crew at Album would be spending too much time on their surfboard to create a stellar Orange County advertising agency.

But that is not the case with these guys.  Their latest work promoted on their website  touts a partnership developed with Facebook and one of Album’s clients, Crossover Health. Not only did Album build the website and create the brand strategy for Crossover, they then went on to help design the health center that Facebook wanted to create with Crossover.

Now how cool would that be to work with an up and coming disruptive health care provider AND the biggest social network in the world? If you love what you do, it doesn’t get any better than that.  It’s a testament to the quality and mastery of their craft that Album is able to pull something like that off.

When you do some research on the agency you find that they describe themselves as an “online marketing agency for integrated services like brand strategy, marketing plans, brand identity, web development, SEO, PPC, social media and more.” But there is a lot of heart and soul here and a well-thought strategy for attracting great clients.  They are one of the very, very few Orange County advertising agencies that are actually good at marketing their own brand.

When you visit their website and click on the “approach” button you find a very cool 90 second video on how they do what they do.  The visuals are stunning and unique and encompass their own view of marketing while maintaining their theme of creating branding “rock stars.”

If you really think about what good design and marketing is, good music is the perfect metaphor.  The right logo sings to you.  The right phrase just sticks in your mind.  Creating great communications can be a beautiful art form and not just a job.  We are all privileged to have an agency like Album in our backyard.  Here’s hoping they continue to churn out more hits in the years to come!
